I really enjoyed touring this property. The manager Kelly was super personable and down-to-earth, which made the whole experience comfortable from the start. She clearly knows the area well and shared a lot about the neighborhood and community that was actually helpful. It felt more like a real conversation than a tour. Overall, she left a great impression. I will be sharing this experience with anyone looking for a new home thanks to the service I received today

I’ve been living in this apartment community for over two years, and Daniel, the maintenance manager, has consistently provided outstanding service. He is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled in a timely manner, and he takes the time to ensure everything is completed properly.

Kudos to Daniel who maintains the apartment complex! My kids moved here in December and a few things weren’t working well. Daniel went right over and fixed the problem. Great location, direct access to downtown Walnut Creek, and well maintained complex. Thank you, Daniel!

I have been living at 1555 for about a year now. It has truly been an amazing experience. All the residents and the staff are respectful and helpful. I recommend anyone thinking about living here to just do it. Additionally, Daniel, the maintenance manager, is the best! He is so friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. I feel like it is hard for apartments to find a good maintenance manager and they definitely found one in Daniel.
