1510 Belleville

PROS -New build, everything has that “new building” feel and amenities (though limited) are new -Scott’s Addition is a perfect area if you’re looking for breweries and restaurants. Very walkable and the building is off to the side of the area which keeps it away from the hustle and bustle of it all -Plenty of resident events and giveaways (free CFA breakfast, donuts in the lobby, etc) CONS Here we go… -Price point is on the higher side. If you’re looking to save money on rent, this is not the place. $1800 for a 1B/1Ba, plus additional utilities and fees brought it up to about $2000 in addition to external utilities that needed to be paid. -Since this is a new build, that means the construction is still settling. Lots of small cracks along the walls, the grout and tile, etc. I’d wipe down

This overall is a great place! The area is unbeatable, almost everything is clean and taken care of. The only tiny things that you may or may not care about is sound leaks between the hallway and rooms so in the hall you can hear barking or talking and in the room you can hear hallway sounds from the living room. Not super bad. The train side (opposite the street) can be disturbing, especially at inconvenient hours of the night/morning so try not to face that side.

1510 Belleville has been an excellent apt located in the heart of Scott’s Addition. From the wonderful ladies in the front office, to the awesome maintenance team, and all the amenities I would definitely recommend living here. It’s a relatively new building so everything is new and in great shape. The complex itself is very well kept/clean, and it’s very dog friendly.

Such beautiful floor plans and amenity spaces. Spacious apartments with great storage. Dog friendly. And the team here is EXCEPTIONAL.

Management is fantastic. Monthly events. Clean. Safe. Great location. Spacious units. New build (2024). There is an active train that is loud for the units in the back - only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars.
