1505 Demonbreun was my 3rd lease here in Nashville.... If I had toured it earlier, it would have been my 1st and 2nd as well! My opinion may be skewed because this complex had everything that I personally wanted in an apartment which was: - Walkable to food and bars (Some would say it's even "crawlable" to food/bars) - Walkable to shopping (5 min walk to gulch shops. Also, neighbors in the gulch has insanely good food) - Downtown feel without downtown traffic. Sure, you get the same traffic on the highways that you would from anywhere, but getting to the highway is a breeze! Pro tip: the front entrance gives you a "first in line pass" to get onto the highway on-ramp line. - Big rooms. I work from home, so space is huge. My room was the 700 sq ft option and it was more than enough. High c

The staff at 1505 Apartments have been nothing short of amazing. Melanie is always warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful with every interaction, making residents feel welcomed and cared for. Phillip is equally dependable—quick to handle maintenance requests and always showing up with a positive attitude. Their professionalism and friendliness make living at 1505 feel like home!

The staff has been awesome, especially the maintenance staff. My building could use some work, but not really a big deal. But sometimes, trash will be ignored for weeks, and it attracts flies and pests & smells awful. Hope they can get a new provider.
