1500 Orchard

Been here for two years now, and this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Buildings are brand new, grounds are well kept, and the rent is great especially when compared to all the neighboring complexes in Tacoma. In previous apartments I have become used to rent getting hiked every year and lots of surprise inspections, but that hasn't been the case at 1500 Orchard. The community is clean, quiet, and frankly you aren't going to find a better value elsewhere in Tacoma. Shout out to everyone in the front office too, you all have awesome and super helpful.

Lived here for about 3 years now and can say that this community is one of the best I have lived at in a while. Our move in was easy and stress free with the awesome help of the leasing staff. From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations from the leasing staff to the homes. The apartments are spacious, modern but cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The high ceilings and large windows in our home give a lot more space to work with and a great view outside. As far as amenities, the spa is open year round and perfect for relaxing after a long day or workout, and our pool is seasonal but great to have once summer rolls around. Marissa and Sonya are really friendly and knowledgeable. They tried their best to accommodate our own schedule to complete tours of different units, even staying later than needed for us to look at multiple units at a time. The application process was made easy with their help, and they even assured us everything was completed correctly when we were unsure. They were also very flexible with making sure we got the exact unit that we wanted, even after calling multiple times for small questions. Overall very impressed with the layout of the apartments, there is definitely plenty to choose from. Love living at 1500 Orchard. Vivian and team including Ashley before she transferred is very responsive and personable. Coming from a complex where the staff were hard to find and literally would find a reason something couldn’t be fixed to a complex where the staff care and thus the grounds and buildings are maintained is awesome. Not to mention spacious units (even the studio), plenty parking and quiet surround. The rent is really reasonable for what you get compared to other complex’s. Vivian thank you for treating your tenants as humans and not dollar signs, really makes this a home and wholesome community.
