I love my appliances, I almost never hear my neighbors, and management is on top of community notifications and maintaining common areas. And given the amount of apartment buildings downtown with 100+ units, I'm grateful to be in a relatively smaller building where I don't feel like I'm armpit to armpit with other tenants. Front Desk/Building Manager has been sweet and responsive.

I lived at this apartment complex for a year and had the best experience. Great location, nice neighbors and just a great experience overall. Never had any maintenance issues and office staff was very friendly. The only bad part is that my apartment was right across the leasing office and people would always throw parties there on the weekends and it’ll be very loud but definitely manageable.

Really bad experience. After being approved I was sent over no information about the unit I was approved for for more than a week. After attempting over a dozen calls and a more than week had passed, I finally got a hold of someone who told me I needed to pay a holding fee that day and tour that day or my approval would be cancelled. When I asked for total pricing for the unit I was met with a very rude response and felt pressured to pay a deposit with incomplete information. I was then hung up on. I remained polite through the whole interaction and only wanted a clear view of the unit I was renting and am shocked to have been met with rudeness, especially when the delays were of no fault of my own but by someone in office going on vacation and not getting me the information needed in a ti
