Looking at photos and prices the apartments are very nice I have to admit. But price wise I think it is overpriced. Dillsburg has always been average price for houses. And if your now living on your own and need a house apartments are always the first place you check, and new adults when they need a house/apartment they will look for a price low and affordable and this is not really the place to go.
Very extensive starting rate for 1 bedroom 1500- 1600 This is ridiculously high Dillsburg always been a town that’s affordable living
