1465 Jersey Apartments

I lived there for 6 years until last year. The heat constantly went out, machines often broken, and of course the bugs. Roaches so many roaches. Update: You did spray repeatedly and the bugs kept returning. I seriously should’ve received my full deposit back. I lived there for 6 years and when the bug problem wasn’t resolved I had to move. I had to throw out new furniture because of course I couldn’t risk taking the problem to a new place. Reach out to Mike your property manager. I’m sure he remembers my panicked phone calls over the pest problem.

Probably one of the worst buildings in the neighborhood and they still ended up deducting a majority of the deposit for made-up issues. The issues I have faced are: 1) Mail being stolen twice because of a lack of an access controlled area. 2) Had DPD detectives knock on my door twice asking about a specific neighbor. 3) The entire building smells of marijuana. 4) A neighbor's car was stolen while she was moving groceries. 5) Faulty heating system causing uneven heating. 6) Bums rummaging through the dumpster all day. 7) Neighbors blasting loud music at odd hours. If you're thinking of moving here, just don't do it. If you don't believe me just see # of vacant apartments in the building, people take a look and scoot. The only positive is the property manager, who is amazing.

Do not move here. Drug dealers have moved into the building and management has done nothing to stop or evict them. They also will not let you out of a lease despite this problem.

Tengan muchisimo cuidado si piensan mudsrse aca, no lo recomiendo es un 0, no tenemos nj 1 semana que nos mudamos y aparte se habernos entregado el apartamento sucio y en malas condjcjones, la lavanderia no funciona, los vecinos son extremadamente ruidosos, te comunicas con la administradora y no responde

Es horrible como esta la lavanderia de descuidada, esta muy sucia no le hacen limpieza, ademas que se nota no le dan mantenimiento. Ojala pudieran hacer algo por ello
