TLDR: Maintenance is super responsive and quick, didn’t have safety issues, packages were never stolen, and my leasing agent Amber was amazing. If I was staying in Denver I’d 100% be renewing my lease!!! Long review: Honestly I loved living here this past year! My studio was super cute with plenty of extra storage room. I did have a brief problem with ants but the leasing office is always on top of it and got pest control out to me asap. The maintenance also gets things done fast! I was living on the ground floor and the door that faces Colfax would occasionally have problems but every time I submitted a maintenance request they’d have it fixed within 24 hours!
