1401 High Street Apartments

I was drawn into this apartment for its character and charm. I quickly realized this apartment had many downfalls, the biggest being management & maintenance. I had the worst experience (apt 2) others should avoid. My apartment got up to 93.6 degrees (mind you, it was 50 degrees outside!) for an entire month and I was told nothing could be done because the “heating system is old” and to “open my windows”. There were no bars on the windows and upon asking if that was the only solution to add bars, I got no reply. I ended up contacting a family friend (after a month of this issue) who knows the owner of cornerstone, and works in the apartment realm, after being ghosted by management and dismissed by maintenance.
