1400 Creekside Apartments

I've lived here about 2years now, it's close to everything and easy to get around with kids with the free bus service. Sasha, the previous property manager was Excellent! I couldn't fault her, helpful, maintenance requests handled and environment clean. We have a new manager now though. But Sasha was the absolute best!. I'll write another review once the new manager settles in. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the windows. They are not "double paned" and in the winter, it's freezing even with the heat. Think electric bills!!!!!!!!!Besides that, it really isn't a bad place to live,we have some really friendly neighbors and the neighborhood is relatively safe. Community spirit is here!

I have lived here for 2 and a half years. The previous manager, Sasha, was great, very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately she left and the couple that takes care of management now is horrible. There is no response from them, no such thing as help in case of emergencies. The only thing the do diligently is tow your car. These are certainly the least expensive apartments in the street, but they are also the smallest.

I lived here for a year. Great location very close to downtown, good value. Maintenance requests were always quickly fulfilled. Going out of my way to leave a review specifically because of Sasha, the property manager. I've never had a landlord so helpful and responsive as Sasha. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Creekside Apts, I lived there for 2 years and was always helped with any issues promptly, its a bit of a hidden gem the location is perfect right off the 580 freeway, the property manager Kashmir was especially kind and friendly and was always willing to make sure my living experience was top tier, thank you 1400 Creekside!

Lived here for 10+ years. Decent place to live and the rent prices are probably the best in the area. Past management was decent and the current manager is great also.
