i’ve recently moved rooms and originally was told 6 days to move paying a 300 transfer fee. The day come to get my new keys, was told i have only 2 day to move. From the first floor, to the third floor, and they don’t have elevator’s. I had just went to check my balance of my old room and i have over $800 in damage fee, and mind you i even steamed my carpet from home depot. I’m a college student and this complex treats you as if you’re not in school having a good paying job, this is absolutely ridiculous! I put pictures below to show how i scrubbed my room downnn and still got charged 800 in damages! They also pop up in your room unannounced as well, but hey this is the cleanest and nicest off campus apartment, and that’s why i’m still here till i graduate, but the struggle is real here. U

As a parent, it’s such a relief knowing my student’s apartment is clean, modern, and really cozy and perfect for both studying and relaxing after coming from school. The amenities are wonderful: a quiet study room that’s great for projects or meeting friends, a nice gym and pool. The staff are friendly and truly helpful, which gives me peace of mind. The location is convenient, with everything nearby that a college student might need. I feel confident recommending this apartment to other parents and students, it’s a safe, comfortable, and supportive place to live.

This place is the nicest living residence for students I have experienced in Kennesaw yet. The whole staff and complex manager, Nina, are very nice and cooperative to residents needs. They constantly are finding ways the hold events and change things to make the complex more enjoyable to live in. the complex itself is very clean and maintenance responds quickly to requests.

Nina was a huge help. She came in for a routine inspection and explained what she came to do as soon as the door opened. I mentioned an issue that i had since last week and told her how i put in a work order for it. She ended up researching on how to fix the problem and DID IT HERSELF. I was shocked and extremely thankful for her. Very friendly and supportive. She is also bilingual for those who need that too.

Please read before leasing with this location... My daughter is a student at KSU and had a one year lease of almost $1000 per month for a five room apartment. When she finished her lease and found another place cheaper and bigger, she cleaned her bathroom and bedroom. She moved out on July 22, 2025. On August 6, 2025, two weeks later, we received a statement with grainy images charging for carpet replacement ($480 for what looks like three small pulled threads at the door), paint damage on the door ($40 which my daughter was willing to pay for), and bathroom cleaning ($40) with a picture of what looked like a clean bathtub. My daughter called and told them she would pay for the paint damage but would not pay for a clean bathtub and for a full carpet replacement which could be normal wear a
