FIX THE DAMN LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT I just paid $1.50 x 3 for each load in the dryers and only one of them was dry, the other two were completely soaking wet. I waited a whole hour and now no other residents can dry their clothes after already waiting for my clothes as I still need the only dryer that works. *** The owners have responded to this Review however deleted my previous review regarding how the washer machines have not worked for months - The machines all need to be replaced.

Don’t move here if you’re looking for an apartment downtown . They have a cockroach problem and all they do is have people come spray when really the whole complex needs to be bombed. They still want you to pay to break your lease even when the units are inhabitable, homeless people constantly in the alley. Just not worth it , stay out of downtown in general.

I live on the third floor, neighbors are usually quiet, sometimes they can be a bit noisy but they always turn down the music when I hit them up. Gas stove works fine, microwave's good, rent is reasonable, and I'm a 20 minute walk from work. They've been quick about fixing any repair issues, and I suspect that the older comments are the result of the covid-related difficulties finding contractors. The place isn't perfect, it's stuffy inside, the homeless keep getting in, and they really need to get some security cameras. But over all I'm fairly satisfied.

This was my first apartment in Denver. Everything that was loud at night was cured by ear plugs. I loved everything about Shambhala. Never had an issue. They fixed things quickly
