We have had a wonderful experience renting at 1322 North. The property was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was in great working condition. The location was also fantastic — convenient to everything we needed while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. Any communication with the landlord/property manager has been prompt, friendly, and professional, which made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, well-cared-for place to live.

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment community! The property is always well-kept, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the property manager, Jayme. She is truly exceptional! She’s professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile for residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s responded right away and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the people who live here, and it makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live. I’ve had an awesome experience living at this apartment complex! The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, but what really sets this place apart is the office staff. Sam and Jayme are absolutely incredible. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. Whether it’s answering questions, handling paperwork, or just being welcoming faces in the office, they go above and beyond every time. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their residents, but Sam and Jayme make you feel valued and taken care of. Thanks to them, this place truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

Jayme, Sam, D, and Deon make living at 1322 so enjoyable. Jayme and Sam in the office are so helpful and kind, they always assist me with anything I need also they have good snacks. When I moved in Sam gave me a wonderful tour and answered all my questions with ease. Since moving in D and Deon have been great at addressing any maintenance concerns I have, they arrive quickly and can fix anything I need. D and Deon even helped me carry my piano to the second floor on move in day. You should live here!!!

Our family of 4 has been renting at 1322 N while we build our dream home in the Auburn area. The best things about these apartments are: the staff & the location. Staff are friendly & helpful, quick to address any concerns we’ve had so far. It is safe & quiet here. We can get to AU in 10 minutes by car, it is 4 miles away. In the last month management has been updating the fitness area & improving amenities.
