I’d like to begin my review by saying that we still owe $1000 of the final payment that is due upon completion of the work.Unfortunately, Jeremy asked and we agreed to pay most of the final payment prior to all the work being finished because we trusted him. That mistake is on us.Our project included an 800 sq ft, two story addition.The project was scheduled to be completed on 2/26. I’m writing this review on May 14, and we still have work that is incomplete. We hired Jeremy because in our initial interview we felt that he stood behind his company both in standards of integrity and quality of work. Let me start this review with a quick background on my project. I contacted 4 contractors to prepare the land, pour the concrete pad and construct my 30X50 ft. metal building. Two of the contractors were unable to complete all parts of the project. The other two were $20-30K over my budget and would not commit on a start date much less an estimated finish date. One of the larger contractors increased the price 3 times before starting work! I had just about given up on finding an honest contractor that could do the work on my timeline and budget. We have used CCI for several projects and can’t speak highly enough of their work and work ethic! They screened in a porch for us, finished a 1000+ square-foot attic space, and redid our master bathroom. They are creative, thoughtful, dedicated, and clearly love what they do. With his engineering background, Jeremy is phenomenal at brainstorming different ways to achieve a desired result and is extremely detail oriented. These guys honestly take all of the stress out of renovation. Can’t wait to use them again!!

I have used CCI for two major projects(Bathroom Remodel & 1000 sq ft Finish Attic) and a couple of minor projects. I can't imagine using any one else, Jeremy and his crew are outstanding. Jeremy is the consummate professional, he is a meticulous craftsman with an excellent work ethic. No surprise when you have a nuclear engineer turn carpenter.

I found Carolina Customized Interiors on Yelp- bonus that they are in Wake Forest...love keeping my business local! I had been needing/wanting a bead-board ceiling for my back screened in porch since we moved in and so I asked for an estimate and wait for it..... I actually got a call back, a scheduled visit for a free estimate, AND it was returned in two days. I was shocked since I have seriously, no lie, had three different people lined up to do an estimate and no one actually came through. Not only was Jeremy responsive, but the estimate was affordable.
