The manager and maintenance team are great. I think I'm gonna enjoy staying here. The up keep on the apartment is good.
The manager is very nice and helpful, I'm not a resident yet. I'm in the process, the residents are very kind and friendly. I walked around the facility and everything is clean and well taken care of. I'm excited for my new journey here in Beaufort, moving from Columbia soon.
It's a nice quiet place with a well mannered residential apartment feel maybe some public housing but just by looking at it you wouldn't think so. The four stars is based on economical and government funded housing. Not sure if it is public or privately owned but seems to be managed well and clean. With a friendly neighborly feel from anyone that I saw. It's also within a mile or two if Walmart and fastfood joints as well as the post office and Lowe's..
