Stayed in the apartments for 2 years worst place I ever lived and I was damn there homeless for a month. The leasing team will lie to you in your face. And straight up reject calls if they know your caller id. Also let squatters just break into the apartment and don't even care to kick them out. If u have any sense of self-preservation don't move there or work with these people. No matter how many times the change management

Me and my family moved in June of 2024. The ac was broke when we moved in we had to pay someone to fix the company couldn’t afford to. Only move in if you’re desperate. The pool was black all the time. No propane in dryer for clothes ever. They couldn’t pay city trash bill so trash was never emptied except 2 months of the 9 months we were there. My husband for a job transfer so we excited with proper paperwork. We left the apartment in excellent shape they moved someone in within two weeks. It’s been 6 months and we can’t get deposit back. They don’t return phone calls for this Oliver guy at corporate office that’s a joke. Stopped by his office and staff won’t let you talk to him and they don’t give messages to him. They let certain ppl in with evictions(friend) from the same month with no income but if you have one due to DV and make income they won’t overlook it even with assistance from the state 🥲 after already taking 3 weeks to respond after I repeated reached out everyday after doing my application and wasting my time when I could have been looking at other places. Also told me I have 3 evictions which is completely false & I showed proof now Im confused are they crooked and just want your money because eviction being filed and actually having them are completely different. It’s crazy because why lie when It’s court recorded just say you help your friends only and move on. Don’t apply here if eviction was filed thru the court even if it was dismissed and never went thru because you paid.

Move in day apartment, wasn’t clean Please do not move in these apartment or anyone they own Apartment are roach infested, they do not spray, they do not fix problems in apartment, takes them a month to fix it, it’s shooting out there on weekends, it’s wild out there. This is the worst company ever. They wanna charge a fortune for a one bedroom apartment but don’t wanna do things in a timely manner…I have been without A/C for over two months now and on top of that there’s mold growing on the walls every time it rains. I have a 4 year old and a 9 month old and we’re all over here suffering. Definitely wouldn’t recommend renting with these people. The state needs to do an investigation on this company because it’s obviously extremely unprofessional.
