I am giving 5 star because of Detra Clark she is so professional and compassionate. what I went through since moving here is disaster from my heater not working, noise from construction that is building right under me I am on 2nd floor not being informed when moving in about the upcoming cafe/restaurant I was so disappointed! This company is so lucky to have Detra I believe people stay in this building because of her amazing way of treating people with kindness and compassion, I asked for a percentage off of my rent since not being informed was so unfair and corporate is denying to accommodate me! Even though I am absolutely in disbelief of their decision but Detra treatment is making me feel at ease! Thank you Detra Clark you are excellent and you need a raise and you deserve to be the CE

James was awesome! He made me feel very welcomed and shared so much information about the apartments styles and layouts. The amenities are nice, and the prices are affordable. I shared with James my price range, and he was able to offer me a very nice unit that will be available soon for a very good price. I am looking forward to moving to this community soon.

I have lived here since mid-December, and I am already ready for my lease term to end. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you other options to consider. I chose this community over the one diagonally across me (V) because of the amenities, cleanliness of the building, sense of safety, and excellent concierge service, but I have been met with other issues that have left me with a bad taste. The numerous times I've experienced elevator issues, waking up to discover this is no hot water in the morning, and most recently a flooding issue in an apartment above, which led to water damage to mine. While they were quick to notify and start the inspection and repairs, they totally disregarded my personal belongings and displaced them wherever (bed, floor). I walked in from work to d

I have never had issues with staff here and this is why I am giving them two starts. Overtime, living in this apartment is no longer worth it. I have seen the biggest roach ever in my bathtub. It was shocking! I've had issues with flooding too. Other residents smoke in their apartments, and the smell travel to mine. It's not worth it.

There's a lot to appreciate about this apartment complex. My floor plan layout has a lot of natural light, great views, and cancels out the sound from nearby residences well. The only downfall is that you have to pay to receive your mail in addition to paying a high price for parking. Overall, the complex is kept clean. The staff is really welcoming and DeAndre, the snr. Community Director, is ALWAYS eager to help answer any questions that you have.
