1200 Broadway Apartments

I absolutely love my 2-bedroom unit at 1200 Broadway! The layout is fantastic, and the rent prices are fair for the quality. The building is new, well-maintained, and always clean, with great amenities and excellent parking. The people living here are all professional, and it’s surprisingly quiet for being right in downtown Nashville. The management and maintenance team are top-notch too. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I've lived at 1200 Broadway since 2022, and couldn't be happier! Despite new apartment complexes coming up over the last few years, none can beat what 1200 Broadway has to offer! Location wise there’s easy access to I-40 and I-65 in a matter of minutes and a 15 minute walk down Broadway to everything downtown has to offer - no need to worry about parking or rideshares. The units themselves are beautifully appointed with high ceilings, hardwood floors, huge walk-in closets and a five burner gas stove for those who like to cook. Common areas like the pool deck and 26th floor Sky Lounge are beautiful places to hang out and get to know your neighbors. My favorite amenity has to be the indoor dog park/run with dog wash stations - no need to venture out in the rain/cold/darkness to care for your

1200 Broadway is the most luxurious, fun, place I’ve ever lived. Sure the views from our corner apt are breathtaking, but it is the most community oriented building where I truly feel connected to so many of our neighbors - it’s truly like a neighborhood. And a large part of that is the staff that fosters that vibe - in particular Matt, Courtney , Stephen, and Chris! Courtney helped us lease and gave us the tour and has been so wonderful each step of the way. She’s such a ray of sunshine! And ever since Matt came to work here, everything involving the concierge staff etc has just been better. There’s no other way to put it, truly. Loved living here, recently moved due to work and it just ain’t the same! We were apt 1413 Corner facing Broadway. The layout, the luxury fixtures and feel, the staff, the fact there’s 24/7 concierge and even armed security in the enclosed parking even at 5am when I left for work. It might seem expensive but you get what you pay for.

So far, so very good! It seems that all the reviews about the new management team is spot on. My move in process was simple, any fixes were made immediately and I love it here. It is truly home! Special shout-out to my leasing agent Molly. She is simply the best, not pushy at all and worked with me to get me into the best apartment for me, without any sales tactics. I can't recommend her or this community enough!
