My experience residing at 120 Valencia Dr has been exceptional. The property's location is ideal—within close proximity to multiple college campuses, making it an excellent choice for students and faculty alike. Additionally, the area boasts a variety of excellent dining options, all within easy walking distance, which adds to the convenience and enjoyment of living here. Working with Gene throughout the leasing process has been a pleasure. He is professional, efficient, and consistently attentive to any questions or needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a well-located, comfortable, and professionally managed living environment.

DO NOT LEASE. I leased here and my unit flooded several times, as well as my roof caving in and being destroyed on my second week living there. LL did not offer to transfer me to a new unit and I had to stay in a hotel for a week while it was being patched. he will also not return your security deposit no matter how clean your unit is when you leave.

We had a great time. Lovely 24 unit community of 1B1B apartments.
