The facility needs a little updating. Parking was a bit of a challenge. And, training needs to be given to the security persons at the security station. I had a Service Dog with me. The dog had on the required identifying equipment. I was told that I could not have an animal with me. I had to educate the guard on the federal regulations of having a service dog and the ADA (American DisabilitiesAct). Once I did that, I proceeded to my destination. People should not have to endure that type of treatment. The building staff should already be prepared/trained.

Been a tenant here 5 years Melissa is a real peach and treats us very nicely. Anytime i have had an issue she has always been very quick to respond to me and also keep me updated. i appreciate and trust that she is always doing the best for each of her tenants and i know this isn't the only building in the hartman portfolio that she manages. bosses should give her more money she is great!
