UPDATED NOVEMBER 14, 2024 I've lived at 1177 Greens Farms for four years now, and I want to give a heartfelt recommendation for Danny Dias. From day one, Danny has been an outstanding handyman—skilled, reliable, and always incredibly kind. He works so hard and is truly a master at what he does, always arriving with a smile and ready to help. Over the years, I've seen him go above and beyond for the residents, showing genuine pride in his work and a deep care for everyone in the building. His patience and dedication are rare qualities, and if I owned a company, I wouldn’t let him go! Danny is an absolute gem, and we're SO so lucky to have him!!! I've been living here for 2+ years. The building is so very well run and maintained. Several tenants had an evening in the back area this summer and we all agreed that Ty and Danny are the best. They're very good at what they do, are really nice people, and are very responsive. Great location, too. Well done, 1177!

The maintenance here is definitely focused on making sure residents are good and feeling comfortable in our living space. He educates you in the process and overall just a great helping hand! So grateful for the team here.

I love living at 1177. The building and grounds are clean. The facilities are well maintained. The mgt is very responsive to any tenant needs. Any my neighbors are cool people. What more could you ask for?
