Find somewhere else. Radiator will keep you up all night homeless people throw items at windows/ wait at back door in the alley throw trash all over the alley. NO DESIGNATED PARKING, STREET ONLY. Defiantly not worth the 1250. Don the repair man has been amazing. Defiantly a stepping stone not a permanent place to stay.

Cheapest place downtown so that's definitely worth 2 stars. Besides that there's neighbors playing music as loud as possible all through the week, so if you have a job or responsibilities you might want to reconsider. I complained twice with no resolution. I live in a corner unit as well and there's a giant hole where the radiator is that rats have come through twice now. I've only seen one roach so I hope that was just a fluke. I keep the apartment immaculately clean as to avoid any further run ins with rodents. There's no deadbolts on the doors so be careful if you have anything of value because the back door doesn't close unless slammed. Besides that it's good to be close to everything. And that the neighbors keep to themselves.

I have lived at 1170 Logan for quite some time and felt it prudent to say how awesome my experience has been. This is not only an amazing area to live and work in, but an awesome building too. My apartment has the exact charm and feel I was hoping for in living in Denver, with brick walls, some accenting stylish pipes and hardwood floors to add to the certain touch that keeps me inspired day to day. There’s never been any issues or problems for me, but the staff is kind, accommodating and really seem to take an active role in making sure that I’m happy in the property. They’ve texted me just to check in for example. When it became cold they called to see if I was ok or needed anything; I really can’t think of or consider asking for anything more. I’m a good tenant, keep a clean place, but

Waste of time. We scheduled a tour and the agent never showed up. Lara sent me an email to reschedule, which we did, and nobody showed up AGAIN. Not worth it

I lived hear for 11 months, good location and very walkable to downtown and the rest of capital hill. However, the building itself is old and not very well maintained. I had a corner unit and in my kitchen was a large steam pipe which ran day and night during the winter, it would hiss and drip water all over my kitchen for hours on end - maintenance was contacted and nothing was done about it. My heat was never properly turned on within my apartment (all units have radiator heat) so my only heat supplier was the large, loud steam pipe in my kitchen. My toilet was up on wooden blocks for nearly eight months, after the landlord had told me that it would be fixed within two weeks of me moving in. I put in four maintenance requests for this issue, but it still took nearly eight months to fix
