10X Weston

I've been living in this amazing rental comunity for 11 years and I cannot thank enough to Carlos, Johana, Dufay and Maria for their incredible job that they do to maintain 10X Weston in an amazing shape. I highly recommenf 10X Weston! If you are looking for a nice, safe and amicable place to rent, there is nothing better than this community in Weston.

The apartments are relatively comfortable considering the overall size of the property. However, there are many small details that go unnoticed when you are renting the place. The renovations have many aspects that were not done properly. The stairs are filled with small nails that you can step on when walking barefoot. The paintwork, with layers upon layers of paint, is not of the best quality. On the positive side, the agents are very friendly, which balances out these issues. I hope these details will be addressed during the stay. If you have a queen size bed . Forget it to use it on the 3D floor . There is no way to take it because of the stairs size . There is a group of neighbors who act like a mafia, monopolizing the visitor parking spaces. They take turns using the spots among them

We just moved into 10X Weston and absolutely love it here! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The amenities are great, and the apartment itself feels brand new and super comfortable. Maria, the manager, has been amazing from day one — friendly, professional, and always available to answer any questions. She really made us feel welcome and made the whole process so easy.

Why would you all send me this survey asking for my “feedback”? I’m going to be very honest. Litterally everything in unit was out dated. Every time you call maintenance ,they never “fix “ the issue, instead they just patch it up. Leaks throughout the unit from the master bed room to the garage. INFESTED with roaches from outside to inside. The unit was full of mold. I’ve complained about the smell of “mold” throughout the unit for MONTHS… nothing was done about it. They also had the audacity to keep a majority of my deposit, when I lost over $20,000 worth of furniture and belongings which was DESTROYED because of a busted water heater in the garage. Would NOT recommend. .i have alot more pictures and videos throughout the months i was there.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Since moving in, I have experienced ongoing HVAC and indoor air quality concerns inside my unit, including a persistent musty odor coming from the vents and noticeable moisture conditions in parts of the residence. My children and I have also experienced recurring sinus and allergy-type symptoms while inside the unit. When I first raised concerns, I was told that the unit and ductwork had been cleaned prior to occupancy. However, the current visible condition of the air handler and related components does not appear consistent with a recent cleaning. Photos are included to document the present state. Management arranged air quality testing, but I have not been provided a copy of the report, as I was
