10X Port St. Lucie

I came in for a tour of the property and noticed that they had a paint and sip event hosted by Xfinity and I felt wow this is great. I never lived in the community that did events for the residents so I will definitely be signing a lease if I get approved staff was friendly and sociable and they even made me a plate even though I wasn’t a resident yet.

Lauren was there to assist every step of the way. From touring the property to making sure that all my needs were met at move in. Staff is very friendly and go above and beyond for their residents. Very beautiful, clean and peaceful apartments with plenty of fun and family friendly amenities and activities. Not to mention, Location! Location! Location! Best area to be in PSL!

I've spent the last 3 winters at my daughter and son-in-laws apartment at 10X Port St Lucie and really enjoyed my stays. All the staff here were great at what they did including the Mailman I personally enjoyed the swimming pool area and the walking trail

I LOVE LIVING HERE. EVERYTIME I NEED SOMETHING FIXED Carlos Aponte our Maintenance supervisor comes and gets the job done. He is super nice and gets the job done and fast. . He always greets us when he sees us. He is an amazing person super sweet and nice. Our community looks amazing and I notice everything gets done and cleaned on time. Thank you again Carlos 10 Stars in my book.
