If you are looking for a truly luxury community to live in, this is the place. The atmosphere is calm, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—everything you want in a home is right here. The maintenance team is outstanding: efficient, professional, and incredibly responsive. Any issue that comes up is resolved quickly and with care. I want to especially thank Renee and the entire maintenance staff for the consistent effort they put in every single day. They are always welcoming, approachable, and committed to keeping this community an exceptional place to live. Their work makes a real difference, and it shows. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

I almost did not move here because of the Google reviews. BUT, I did, and I LOVE IT. Valerie from the leasing office is a star! Outstanding hospitality, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Aside from the lovely staff, the property itself is just beautiful. Ample parking, located by the water, the pools are clean, and one of them even has a water view. I just adore it here. Highly recommend.

I live here and hate it. I wish my fiance would terminate the lease. Mold in vents, maintenance enters home and leaves everything dirty or worse, gym smells like toxic frangrances to cover up mold, entire ground are covered in dog shit and flies and the basketball court is not usable. Far from “luxury “ and no place to raise a baby. Oliver is a kind guy but a big liar.

I've been living in Port Royale for a year now, and I'm happy to be in this property. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the places are very clean, I really like the gym, and the people in the office and maintenance are always available to help. Thank you so much for everything, guys.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. These apartments advertise themselves as “luxury” — lol. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this place. It’s gross, cheap, and unsafe. During my time here, I witnessed drug deals next door, there was a shooting in the building next to mine, the exterior lights were rarely on, and a dead rat sat outside my porch for a week before anyone bothered to remove it. On top of that, I dealt with infestations of flying ants and cockroaches (and I’ve never had a bug issue in any other apartment I’ve lived in). We moved in from out of state in September 2023, and the apartment was a disaster from day one. It smelled, it was dirty, the toilet leaked, the blinds were broken, there were gaps between the carpet and the moldings, dead roaches were scattered throu
