10X Addison Place

I have been living at Addison Place for about a year and a half now, and I couldn’t be happier. The amenities provided are amazing, well-looked after, and tidy. The gym and pool are first-class. There are excellent events frequently, and it helps provide a nice sense of community. The office staff makes a true effort to help every time I reach out to them. Special shout-out to Katie for always treating me kindly and taking the extra steps to make this a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. Any questions or concerns I had were managed quickly, and every interaction with her was a positive experience.

We've been living at 10X Addison Place Apt for over 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, I was impressed by how clean, well- maintained, and professionally managed the property is. The management team, especially Ana , has always been responsive and attentive. Any time We' ve had a concern or needed something fixed, they've responded quickly and efficiently-always making sure is handled smoothly. We also really appreciate how they keep residents updated with community news and events. They never miss a holiday or an opportunity to bring neighbors together, which makes the community feel warm and connected. Moved to Naples from Michigan recently and I am SO happy to call Addison place home! Couldn’t have found a more perfect place! Wish I could give 10 stars! Everything is very well kept, the pool and gym are exceptionally clean, the staff is very friendly! Anna Marks is wonderful and has made our transition very smooth! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! ☺️

I live at 10X Addison Place and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. The leasing associate, Anna Marks is always extremely helpful and friendly. I needed some maintenance on some appliances. It was done the next day! I am very happy living there and would recommend it as a beautiful and friendly place to live!

Just moved in from South America a couple of months ago. The staff made the moving process as pleasant and simple as possible. This is one of those rare places where the pictures don't make justice to the actual beauty and neatness of the place. Extra special mention to Dianna Wilson and Anna Marks who always went the extra mile to make us feel at home!
