My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. A lot of improvements have been made, and maintenance is always very quick to respond to issues. Dominique in the leading office is fantastic, she's always gone out of her way to make us feel welcomeand calls us by name, which most apartments don't bother to even learn who you are. She's willing to do anything in her power to help you get into a nice apartment and make your experience easier and more enjoyable.

I have lived at Belmont Place almost 20 years it has turned into a dump. If you are thinking about renting from here please don't just go see an apartment when the office is showing you! Drive through the parking lot after hours and especially on the weekends. Trash all throughout the place its like no one can put the trash in the dumpster. People outside loitering and drinking... pit bulls and other dogs running around without a leash, people bar-b-quing on their patios against city ordinance...no parking i have to park out on the street by the school and I live near the office. Some people have about 4 cars parked right by their apartment and I a 59 year old woman get off at 11pm and I have to park by the school. I don't mind walking I walk 5 miles a day its just why should they have

I recently visited a relative there and the complex is in great upstanding condition and I would recommend the complex to anyone looking for a lovely affordable home. However, the tenants in apartment 227 (the gentleman) was very rude and aggressive for no reason. Not sure how the leasing office would feel to know that drug transactions are being conducted while kids are playing in the area. It doesn't seem like the tenants adhere to the leasing agreement because there are quite few apartment numbers that I can name with a list of violations. However, apartment 227 is my main focus to report because as a visitor; Ive had too many disrespectful encounters with this gentleman. As well as witnessed drug transactions in FRONT OF MY KIDS. As a visitor: I should feel safe as well as my children.

I promise you, I wouldn't even lie, I couldn't ask for a better managed apartment complex. Any time there is an issue, management gets it fixed. No apartment is perfect, there will always be something you don't like, but the good here, definitely outweighs the bad with the scale Tipping over.

This property is a hidden gem. Located close to Town & Country where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants available. Great amenities and office staff.
