After staying more than 3 years here and paying every bill on time, they are happy to bleed you for more and kick you out of the office if you complain. It was unfortunate to separate the way that it did but I'm out over $1,000 because of it. It was nice while I was there and the maintenance people are nice but I'm doubting if the 3 years were worth it. Edit 2: This poor person has to cover their car, in doors! I hope their rent doesn't reflect their covered spot. Edit 2: In an attempt to pay the extra money, I have been told by the AI bot they employ (Maria) that I can use the normal payment methods. Those attempts to pay have been turned down with the request by the bot to talk to the 1044 n downing office that I was just kicked out of. Edit 3: don't lock you bike up in the garage. It

We’ve lived here for several years and overall, we enjoy it. The main purpose of this note is to highlight our recent experiences with the admin team (they are 10/10). We just re-signed our lease for the third time and want to recognize Samantha and Garrett for their help and dedication in finding the best option for us given the recent price increases. Samantha went above and beyond, sending several options with detailed calculations to help us evaluate the best lease term. Garrett has been personable, patient, and responsive. This team is awesome! Pros: -The location is stellar—right next to Cheesman Park, just a 5–7 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens, King Soopers, and several great local restaurants -Huge porches, like the biggest I've seen -Real wood-burning fireplace - Good soundpro

I’ve had a great experience here so far. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly, the staff is quick to respond, and move-in was easy. The apartment and building have both been great to live in. Garrett has been especially great to work with and very helpful from the first time I walked in the door.

Do not live on the south side of this building, or else your alarm clock will be the loudest trash truck in all of Denver. Some idiot designed the dumpsters to be emptied right outside of bedroom windows. So here you have this obnoxious truck showing up FOUR DAYS A WEEK at 7am, slamming dumpsters around with its machinery, for I kid you not… 20 freaking minutes. Hope you never stay up late because your new wake up time every day will be 7am and your wake up call will be anything but peaceful, it will be the obnoxiously loud trash truck. Management couldn’t care less to just request the trash company to come later in the day.

50% rent increase “fee” for going month to month. Wasn’t mentioned during our lease signing. What a scummy way to try and subvert new housing laws.
