The experience I received from Faith alone was amazing. She was courteous, understanding and professional throughout the entire process. I shared my wants and desires and she gave me multiple options. We looked at the amazing amenities and two potential units I could lease. The gym was immaculate. The equipments and workout spaces are very functional. I also loved the work space. You had individual pods and meeting room to enjoy while working from home. You can tell the place is really secure because there’s a garage door just to enter into the lower level then another gate for the tenants to enter. If you are considering moving to 1010 Waugh Apartments, there are several important issues you should know before signing a lease. Although this is a new building, the condition of many common areas still look unfinished. When I moved in on December 7, I was told my floor would already be completed and that carpets would be replaced and a full post construction cleanup would take place shortly afterward. That cleanup still appears not to have occurred. The hallways, carpets, baseboards, and walls continue to show construction dust, debris, stains, and visible wear. The photos included with this review were taken after the carpets on my floor were steam cleaned on 3/6/26, yet construction dust and debris are still clearly visible throughout the carpet and around door thresholds. Although I’m not a resident yet (applied, so fingers crossed) I have to give people their flowers when due. Faith, Ada, & Lizmary were the most helpful & welcoming people I met on my tours for a new apartment. Faith gave me the initial tour and by far was the only person who gave me a tour this past weekend who made me feel like she genuinely cared about the move I was making. During my other pop ins Ada & Lizmary made sure to help me and stay attentive even when dealing with multiple people needing assistance. They also gave me great insight on houston & the area. I came here three different times, 3 days in a row & I never felt like a bother, and the energy and helpfulness remained consistent throughout. Thank you guys! Also 1010 is such a vibe of a building!

One of the first ones to move-in to the complex and the team (David, Faith, Ada, Lizmary, among other important team members) have been infinitely helpful each and every day. They truly make our living experience unforgettable. I do recommend moving here, apart from having great amenities, (pool, gym, co-working space, including golf simulator) and roof top social lounge) the floor plans are spacious and have great finishes.

Run… don’t walk away. I liked this place after the first visit but had concerns. However I had a newer person to leasing who gave me a really bad impression and would go days going unanswered. I told management I didn’t want to live there anymore. However, a few weeks later I get sent to collections for $250. The funny part is, nobody can tell me exactly why. The first story is that I owed the deposit, etc. Now I’m being told they accidentally gave a deposit back. Basically making an accounting and time nightmare for me. This is now on my credit. Nobody from the apartment ever called me, they just sent to an agency where nobody could tell me why I owe money. I will more than likely need to spend $250 to get out of this and I am ANGRY.
