Maintenance is beyond phenomenal here. Especially Mike, he goes above and beyond to get issues resolved in a quick manner. He is very knowledgeable about the appliances and electrical problems we had issues with recently. He is very easy to talk to and explains problems/solutions elegantly. He is amazing and 100% should get a big bonus/raise for being great.
Everything brand new from when I moved in from a year ago. Mike from the Maintenance team is a real difference maker and problem solver. Always quick when I have any issues related to my apartment.
I had a problem with my leaking dryer and maintenance was here within minutes! Michael, Luis and Jake fixed the leak, cleaned the dryer and put a new door on the dryer. I have always had excellent service and long time resident. I live at Cityplace North, but couldn’t write another review for Cityplace. I love living here!
For the most part this is a very nice apartment complex. Some tenants are not respectful of quiet hours and not the best at cleaning up after their dogs. Madison is very helpful in the office and Maintenance works hard to maintain the building.
