1001 Apartments

My wife and I have been living at 1001 Apartments for 16 months. We are delighted with our spacious, reasonably priced, safe and centrally located one bedroom apartment! The owner/manager is very responsive to maintenance requests and the property is well maintained. We also love our garage that is also extremely reasonable, ours is almost directly across from our apartment. In the 16 months that we've been living here there has been ZERO crimes committed on property that we are aware of. Overall it's nice and reasonable, quiet and safe.

I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year, I actually just renewed my lease. I live in a 2-bedroom unit and it is absolutely huge. For the area of town, the size of the units, and the nice new renovations they just completed you cannot find a better deal in town. My maintenance requests are always completed promptly and the staff in the office is always friendly & helpful (Thanks Tyler!)

I have lived here since 2008. There have been a couple of different management companies in that time but over the past 2 years I have not had any problems with maintenance or the new managers. If something is broken they fix, If I have a complaint they address it. Last year the put in all new kitchen flooring & counter-tops, plus they completely redid my bathroom. My rent went up a little bit, but $750.00 for an apartment this nice with 1500 square feet is unheard of this far West in Omaha. Occasionally, I get a bad neighbor but they are few and far between plus management does a good job of screening tenants. Overall a really good place to live.

My experience was not really the best. When I gave my word I wanted a one bedroom, he saved it for me but then called to sort of threathen that he was gonna give it away after I advised I just needed a few weeks to come up with the $350 deposit. Once I did, I got my keys and moved into the apartment. When I entered the apartment, it was not clean, it smelled horribly of smoke in which asked to be cleaned prior to my move in and was I advised it would be. I also requested clean carpet, and painted apartment. The cleaning crew came the day I moved in. I was do irritated I just asked them to leave as I could clean it since I was there already. The walls were partially painted and the two color showed. The carpet in the living room and hallway was not clean. It was old and stained even when wa
