Amanda Prescott is one excellent manager who goes above and beyond. We’re new trailer travelers and had our first blowout! She was more than cordial and called her mechanic shop who graciously came and assisted at a minimal charge. We can’t thank you enough Amanda!! Don & Vicky Griffith

We just love our apartment. Nicole the manager is amazing. She is great at answering any questions. She shows interests in our problems if there are any. She is very friendly, she is way nicer and understanding than a lot of other apartments I have ever lived at. I can say she has made our living experience wonderful. I have recommended the apartments to many other families and friends. She also throws great meet and greets. Its a great way for the neighbors to get to know each other. I love living here and I'm glad Nicole is our property manager. She has very good office manners. I'm very happy we moved here. Thanks for the amazing experience of a great place to live. We did have some issues with plumbing, ( which in no way was their fault) and we kinda had a little bit of hard time thr

I reported multiple water leaks to the landlord, Amanda, who ignored them. Eventually the leaks and water damage became too extensive and the ceiling caved in. My daughter slipped and fell in the water that would come up through our floor boards and Amanda’s response was “that sucks, but I don’t have enough maintenance people to fix the leaks right now”. There is now a giant hole in the ceiling of my bottom floor apartment so the apartment above us is just sitting on plywood that’s saturated with water damage. Not to mention the gas leaks that Amanda failed to notify any of the tenants about. She’s good at lying but the gas company kept us informed thankfully. Seriously do not recommend this complex at all. I wish I could give negative stars.

Lived here since August, it was a big adjustment for me to be on my own with three kids. Love my apt and the neighbors I have. The manager now is amazing, goes out of her way to accommodate any complaints or problem.. not that I’ve had many lol. Although I had a leak in my bathroom. She moved me to another apt and over night she had people out to work on it and even did some cute upgrades before I moved back in. I highly recommend Mary Homes to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly place to live!

Had my pipe fall apart during the night, Amanda the property manager was amazing and immediately responded! She had Dustin the maintance come out and repair everything! They are both amazing people and super friendly. They make you feel like family living here!
