Had a leak under the sink coming from the disposal. Benjamin came out and replaced our disposal with a new one rather quickly and also made sure our maintenance issues were solved before leaving! Thanks Benjamin!

My move in was great, Irene has been super proactive with everything! I would definitely recommend living here.

Maintenance staff (Alex) is excellent! He’s helped with a couple of things in our unit since we moved in and he’s the best! He’s a pleasure to speak with, works quickly, and always gets the job done right!

I wanted to give Felipe Paez from the maintenance team a huge thank you! I dropped a very sentimental ring down our bathroom sink and although his first attempt wasn’t totally successful, he went back and took the sink apart and was able to return my ring to me. In addition- he found a charm that also fell in there months ago and I had forgotten about. He went above and beyond and i genuinely appreciate his help! Give this man a raise please
