100 Van Ness

Recently moved to 100 van ness a few and it’s been amazing so far. The leasing team at 100 has been very helpful as well as Burt at the front desk. My leasing agent Shakyra has been top notch with assisting us with our move in , she is very knowledgeable, a quick response is always guaranteed when she is at work and she is an overall sweet soul. Thank you 100 van ness team !!!

Huge shoutout to the entire team at 100 Van Ness for doing an outstanding job understanding exactly what I needed in an apartment! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Special thanks to Jey and Christopher—these two went above and beyond walking me through every detail about the building, answering all my questions, and making sure I felt right at home. I stopped by this apartment complex recently in search of a new apartment and the leasing agent who assisted me was very helpful. I believe her name was Melanie. She was the first one who greeted me and gave me a tour on the different units. While I've not decided on a new apartment yet, she gave me an experience that stood out from the other places I've toured. She was transparent and straight to the point and thorough when answering questions. If I don't find another viable option, I would definitely choose this apartment not only for the amenities, but for the awesome support from the leasing office. If anyone is considering 100 Van Ness, definitely ask for Melanie. She'll take care of you.

I had a tour with Melanie Nonog of the 100 & 150 Van Ness units. She was really helpful in showing exactly what we were looking for, answered all my questions, and was patiently accommodating! The floor to ceiling windows and the view outside are great, but my jaw had dropped as soon as I walked in the building, swooned by the amenities and rooftop views. We did not expect to make Civic Center area our new home, but support from the management team and all the other perks of this place convinced us that it will be an exciting new home! Looking forward to making positive memories here :)

As the property advertises itself in Luxury and outstanding service. It is anything but what it markets and advertises. My experience living in the community and experiencing the service is beyond my regret moving here. From the unresponsive office management team to the lack of 24/7 concierge attendant service, and don’t forget to mention the amount of elevator breakdowns the building experiences. The glass facade is all deceptive. Converted from a commercial building to residential in 2016, this building falls short of luxury. The units feature over the counter Home Depot cabinetry and appliances, to the fixtures and finishes. The only thing grand about the building is its views, with units that have little to no view obstruction. The building also has numerous issues with residents sm
