They have secured great tenants for my house, and have been on top of all needed maitenance that was needed or requested. They are always available, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They are also both realtors and brokers and have just sold a lot for me, in less than 24 hours for a very good price. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING While John was a good landlord, the owners of the property not so much. We were good tenants and allowed them to show the home while we were moving which provided them with new tenants without losing a months rent, we were told the owner still required the 2 month early term fee because it is in the contract. While that is true, it is still greedy and not how you should treat good tenants. Very disappointedSo, John's response was to call my boyfriend and ask him to ask me to change my review. Very unprofessional. Nothing has changed, it is still true and no accommodations made.
