The new management being led by Gabe has been fantastic. Extremely responsive, proactive and very attentive to detail. The fact that the lobby and the building has new energy and life is a welcome sight as a resident. Eustace always brings the energy up as well with a welcoming smile. Great job on the this holiday season. Keep up the great work, it’s appreciated!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is, without exaggeration, the worst-managed building in Boston. Our apartment flooded due to a maintenance failure — not a frozen pipe, not a weather issue, but lack of upkeep on the building’s part. Since then, there has been virtually zero communication from management. I have sent repeated emails asking for clarification on next steps, requested mold testing, asked for the large water bubble in our ceiling to be repaired, and requested that the walls damaged by maintenance ladders be repainted. None of this has been addressed. No follow-up. No accountability. When maintenance initially came to mop up the water, workers walked through our apartment with shoes on, tracking in salt and scuffing our floors. There was no cleaning afterward and no ack

The holiday decorations in our building look fantastic! I’m so happy the team decorated this year—it brings so much joy and warmth to the lobby. It truly brightens the whole building.

Everything is great here including the people. Unfortunately, my parcel was stolen twice and left unattended once without putting properly into the locker room as usual. All three scenarios happen within a month. What a coincidence!

I can't say enough positive things about the recent improvements at 100 Pier 4 over the past few months. I was a resident for two years, and with Eustice welcoming everyone at the front door and Gabriel expertly managing operations, the transformation in service and overall living experience has been remarkable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—they truly make it feel like home. I genuinely loved my time here and am sad to be leaving. Between the prime location and the exceptional staff, this building offers an outstanding living experience
