1 Solidarity Court (within Atlantic Chesnut Apartments)

I’m giving this one star because 3 solidarity and 4 solidarity were not added which leave it confusing for all delivery service all building are house in separate complexes but in one building and this should be addressed

We moved almost 2 years ago and sadly, even though it’s a smoking free property, everywhere and everyday you can smell smoke (cigarettes, weed or both) and management don’t seem to care. The laundry room is very nice, sadly, the washer machines do not provide enough water so they’re useless. My friend and I asked the super at the time and his response was “they’re high efficiency machines”, I said, yes! They are HE but that doesn’t mean the wash cycle is done with almost no water (I guess the management wants to save on their water bill). Almost all the time the kids are stepping into the green areas, making them look real bad, even though, management sent emails detailing not to do so, but again management doesn’t seem to care or make sure tenants follow building policies and rules. Enter through 254 Euclid Avenue, walk across the court, and enter the building at the back right-hand side. Doors need to be fixed and the laundry room needs maintenance. It claims to be an affordable housing development, however, there are too many electrical inefficiencies in the apartments causing the tenants' electrical bills to be high. Therefore it is not affordable housing for the low-income tenants that live there.

Everytime I purchase here its a wonderful experience!
